All prices listed are in Korean Won (KRW) and are for reference only. Actual charges may vary depending on shipment details, item size, and current service rates. Please confirm pricing with our team before ordering.
Product Inspection
Visual inspection and photo documentation of incoming goods.

Packaging Services
Consolidation, reinforcement, and special packaging to ensure safe transit.

| Reinforcement | For fragile items at risk of breakage, we add bubble wrap, foam padding, or other shock-absorbing materials and repack before dispatch. Items such as glass, ceramics, and electronics often cannot be insured via standard courier unless reinforcement is applied, and reinforcement must be combined with insurance for damage claims to be valid. | ₩3,000 per application |
| Repackaging | If the original box is excessively large or contains unnecessary inserts such as catalogues and fillers, we remove them and repack the item in a more efficient box, reducing your volumetric weight charge. | ₩2,000 per application |

Storage Policy
All items stored at our China warehouse are held free of charge for up to 60 days from the date of arrival. If you have multiple items arriving at different times, the 60-day clock starts from the first item's arrival date.

Customs Services
Business clearance, duty and VAT prepayment, FTA tariff exemption, and disposal of goods.

| FTA Clearance | If your goods originate in a country with a Free Trade Agreement with South Korea (EU, ASEAN, US, etc.), you may be eligible for a tariff exemption. Returns
We facilitate both local China returns and post-delivery returns to the seller.
