Add what your project needs
Our basic service is sourcing and export shipping. Add-ons are for when you want more control over quality or timing. Tell us what you need when you request a quote and we'll scope it in, or add services while the project is running.
Add-on costs aren't from a fixed rate card. They depend on volume, inspection level and how much work is involved. The same task costs a different amount per carton for 100 cartons than for 1,000, so check the figure in your quote.
Quality control (QC)

Packing and labeling

Warehouse storage
When suppliers finish on different dates, early goods wait in our Yiwu warehouse until the rest arrive. Storage is free for up to 60 days from the day goods arrive. Storage beyond 60 days or split shipments are agreed separately based on time and volume.
Longer storage adds warehouse cost and pushes back your sales date. Aligning supplier ship dates so everything goes in one shipment is usually the cheapest option.
Documents and customs support

Defects and claims
- Defects before shipment: if QC finds defects, we negotiate rework, replacement or quantity adjustment with the supplier and report the outcome.
- Defects after arrival: send us photos and counts, and we raise the claim with the supplier and negotiate replacement or credit against the next order.
- Responsibility follows the purchase order and approved sample, so put quality standards in writing when you order.
