Section 1. Personal Data We Collect
PTO China collects only the personal data necessary to provide our services. The following information is collected at registration and during use of our services:

Section 3. Retention Period
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above:
- Member account data: Until account deletion is requested by the member
- Order & transaction records: 5 years (required by Korean commercial law)
- Payment records: 5 years (required by Korean Electronic Commerce Act)
- System & access logs: 3 months
- Customer support communications: 3 years
Upon expiry of the retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Section 4. Third-Party Disclosure
PTO China does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Korean Customs (관세청): Name, address, and customs clearance code are required for customs declaration of all imported goods
- Domestic courier partners: Name, phone number, and delivery address are shared for final delivery
- Legal requirements: Data may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or government authority
Section 5. Your Rights
Under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법), members have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data PTO China holds about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for marketing or profiling purposes.

Section 6. Cookies
The Site uses cookies solely for session management (keeping you logged in) and basic site analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality.
Section 7. Security
PTO China implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and access controls. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Section 8. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under 14 years of age. PTO China does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it.
