What We Do
PTO China is a Seoul-based purchasing and shipping agent service that sources goods from China's major online platforms — Taobao, 1688 and Tmall — and from the wholesale hubs of Yiwu, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We help Korean buyers access Chinese goods at factory prices without the language barriers, payment restrictions and complex customs procedures that usually stand in the way.
Founded in 2021 by Kim Il, PTO China grew out of firsthand experience with the difficulty of buying from China, and a determination to make the process easy for everyone. Today we serve both individual consumers and business importers.
- Purchasing agent — we buy on your behalf from Taobao, 1688, Tmall and more, inspect the goods, then ship.
- Shipping agent — we receive items you purchased yourself at our China warehouse, consolidate them, and forward them to Korea.
- Business (B2B) agent — business customs clearance, tax invoice support and bulk sourcing.
- Customs support — clearance handled legally and accurately in line with Korea Customs regulations.
One flat commission (5% of product value) applies to everyone — no tiers, no conditions. New customers get the same rate as high-volume clients.

How we work
Consultation & quote
Tell us the product and quantity via KakaoTalk or email, and we send a quote that spells out product cost, commission and estimated shipping.
Purchase & inspection
Once payment is confirmed we buy on your behalf in China and check quantity and condition when the goods reach our warehouse.
Consolidation & international shipping
We consolidate multiple items to lower shipping costs, then dispatch to Korea by air or sea.
Customs & delivery
We clear customs using your Personal Customs Clearance Code and deliver to your address.
