Based on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, with tiered rates. A calculator is provided on the application page.

Is there free storage?

Yes, free storage for a set period from arrival; a small fee applies afterwards.

What items are prohibited?

Standalone batteries, dangerous goods and some foods are restricted. See our prohibited items guide for the full list.

Can you combine parcels from different sellers?

Yes — consolidation is included by default, and separate dispatch is available on request.
