We gather goods from different suppliers, check them against your order and repack by carton or pallet to keep freight costs down. Goods wait free of charge for up to 60 days from arrival.

LCL, FCL or air

Based on volume and deadline, we compare shared container, full container and air options in your quote, plus rail where your destination allows.

Your Incoterms

We work under EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms, and explain up front which costs each one covers.

Export documents

We prepare commercial invoices and packing lists that match what's actually in the shipment, so paperwork doesn't hold up import clearance in your country.

Ship to your country

Our forwarder partners book and ship the cargo. Where DDP is available for your destination, we arrange delivery to your warehouse.

Frequently asked questions

How are freight costs calculated?

They depend on shipping mode (LCL, FCL, air or rail), CBM and weight, destination and Incoterms. Send us the cargo details and we'll quote each option separately.

Should I ship LCL or FCL?

If your cargo won't fill a container, LCL (shared container) is usually cheaper. Once volume gets close to a full container, FCL tends to cost less per unit. We compare both using your actual CBM.

Can you ship DDP to my country?

Yes, for many destinations we can arrange DDP through our forwarder partners, covering freight, import clearance and duties to your door. Ask in your RFQ and we'll confirm for your country.

Which items can't be shipped?

Standalone batteries, dangerous goods and some foods are restricted. Our prohibited items guide covers the details, and you can always ask when you request a quote.
