Frequently asked questions

How much does inspection cost?

It's quoted per job, based on full or sample inspection, quantity, product type and what we check. If we also handle your sourcing or shipping, we bundle inspection into that quote.

What do you check?

Quantity, visible defects, color, size and spec match against the approved sample, labels and barcodes, basic function like power-on, and export packing. We adjust the checklist with you beforehand.

Can you inspect goods I bought from my own supplier?

Yes. We can inspect orders you placed directly with a Chinese supplier. Send us the factory location and ship date and we'll tell you what's possible.

Will inspection delay my shipment?

We schedule inspection around the ship date, so it rarely causes delays. For large orders we tell you how long it will take in the quote.
