What PTO China sourcing covers
PTO China is a B2B sourcing and export company with a local office in Yiwu, operated by TREXONE Co., Ltd. (Seoul HQ). We work for importers, distributors and resellers buying from China. Our team on the ground finds suppliers and negotiates with them, follows production, inspects the goods, and consolidates and ships them.
Where we source
- Yiwu International Trade City (Futian market): small commodities, toys, household goods, packaging
- Factories in Zhejiang and Guangdong: factory-direct buying and OEM/ODM production
- Chinese B2B platforms such as 1688: shortlisting, then on-site verification
- PTO partner factories: OEM capsule gacha machines and interactive whiteboards
We work with business buyers only. We don't do single-item purchasing for personal use.
How pricing works
There's no one-size commission. We quote each project on its volume, products and trade terms, and break the quote into lines like these.

We can quote on the Incoterm you prefer. FOB Ningbo lets you use your own forwarder; CIF or DDP bundles freight to your port or door, wherever you are.
A sourcing project, step by step (8 steps)
Send your brief (request a quote)
Share photos or links, specs (material, size, power), target price, expected quantity, deadline and preferred Incoterm. We also check certification needs for your market at this stage.
Supplier search and shortlist
We look across Yiwu market, factories and B2B platforms, compare price, MOQ, lead time and capacity, and narrow it to 2–3 suppliers.
Samples
We check shortlisted suppliers' samples in China and courier them to you if needed. The approved sample becomes the QC standard.
Negotiate terms and place the PO
We negotiate tiered pricing, payment terms, packing spec and lead time, and put it all in the purchase order. Production starts once the deposit is paid.
Production follow-up
We track the schedule and share progress photos. If there's a delay or a spec change, you hear about it right away.
Pre-shipment QC
We inspect appearance, function, specs and packing against the agreed sampling plan and send a photo report. If we find defects, we arrange rework or replacement with the supplier.
Yiwu warehouse consolidation
Goods from all suppliers come into our Yiwu warehouse for consolidation, shipping marks, packing list and commercial invoice.
Export shipping and import clearance
We hand over to the forwarder for air or sea shipment. At destination, your customs broker clears the goods under your company as importer of record and delivers them to your warehouse.
Ready-made goods from Yiwu market usually take 2–4 weeks from request to shipment. OEM orders that need factory production typically take 1–3 months, depending on sampling and production time.

You'll need your company's importer details for your country (for Korea, a business registration number and customs code). Some products have import requirements such as safety certification, and we check those with you before you order.
