Warranty terms are set at the quote stage depending on spec and factory. We can supply replacement mainboards, power boards and touch frames, so most repairs are handled locally by part swap.
Which certifications do the panels have?
Requirements depend on your market, typically CE for the EU, FCC for the US and KC for Korea. We check the factory's certificates and test reports and advise on any additional testing needed.
Can you help with government tender documents?
Yes. We work with the factory to prepare spec sheets, test reports and manufacturer letters required by the tender. Send us the notice and we will list the documents needed.
